They serve as in-country brand managers, overseeing sales, marketing, and operations to supercharge brand growth. With a focus on major retail partners, Luneia Brands is dedicated to expanding brand presence in the UK market.

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive & detailed Merchandising Assistant to join our rapidly growing beauty business. This is an integral and highly analytical role, providing essential support to our dynamic team. You will be at the heart of the product life-cycle, from concept to customer, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in London.

Responsibilities
  • Order management: Oversee all administrative tasks related to both inbound and outbound purchase orders, ensuring products are delivered on time.
  • Critical path management: Be the guardian of the product journey, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Data management: Accurately input and maintain product information, prices, and orders in our internal systems.
  • Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and external partners, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications.
  • Sample Management: Proactively manage all product samples for retail testers, photoshoots, and marketing purposes.
  • Market Awareness: Stay on top of industry trends by conducting competitor research and sharing insights with the team to support product development.
Who You Are

You are a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in the beauty and wellness industry. As this is a predominantly remote role, you will be used to adapting your communication style and methods to ensure you remain up to date on the needs of the business.

You have one to two years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, ideally in a similar administrative or analytical role.

You possess excellent planning skills and are highly numerate, with a keen eye for detail. You are comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting data - experience with Google Sheets is preferred.

You are an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with internal and external partners.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage your own workload, and are a natural team player.

What We Offer

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off, a private pension scheme, and a generous employee discount.

Growth: A clear personal development plan to help you learn and progress.

Culture: A collaborative, inclusive, and diverse work environment focused on your wellbeing
