Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Beauty Merchandising Administrator to join its thriving Merchandising department in our Head Office in London - Knightsbridge. Responsibilities
  • Assist the merchandiser in managing orders and stock levels for the Beauty department.
  • Manage orders - ensuring they are raised, amended, and deleted as required.
  • Attend strategy meetings and review quantities for new products and launches.
  • Manage stock levels including replenishment, transfers, allocations, returns and PAR levels.
  • Manage product set up - ensuring correct set up on system, including prices, margins, PPM, hierarchy, and descriptions.
  • Liaise with suppliers, the warehouse, and stores to manage deliveries into the business.
  • Respond to store, supplier, accounts, and warehouse queries.
  • Produce stock and sales reports including weekly sales, supplier reports and strategy pack information.
  • Identify bestsellers and trends and present information at weekly department trade meeting.
  • Sale planning - plan markdowns, negotiate funding and action discounts on the system.
  • Ensure order process meets agreed deadlines and schedules.
  • Manage stock levels within agreed stockholding targets.
  • Ensure all products are set up correctly on system.
  • Develop good working relationships with suppliers to facilitate productive negotiations.
  • Produce accurate and meaningful reports and analysis.
  • Protect the sales margin.
