Job description

At Neptune, every product we create tells a story‑of craftsmanship, purpose, and the quiet beauty of considered design. Behind the curtain of our collections sits a team of people making sure everything arrives just as it should: in the right place, at the right time, in just the right amount. We are looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our busy Merchandising team.

You’ll be passionate about retail, love working with data, and enjoy being part of a fast‑paced, friendly team that makes a real impact.

As a key support to our Merchandising function, you’ll help ensure stock is in the right place to maximise sales across all our stores and online channels. At the heart of our operations, you’ll work closely with our internal Buying, Finance, Retail teams and our internal and external freight partners and logistic teams along with our suppliers in the UK and Far East.

Day‑to‑day You Will
  • Prepare and update weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc merchandising reports
  • Assist with supplier orders, purchase orders, and payment admin
  • Manage store stock queries, keeping communication clear and efficient
  • Support the allocation process to ensure stores are fully stocked with what they need
  • Work with freight partners and suppliers to keep deliveries on track
  • Assist with pricing changes and markdowns and plan and prepare new season product packs for stores
  • Maintain accurate product and delivery information across our internal systems

You’ll also be the go‑to contact for our stores when it comes to stock and delivery queries – so a proactive and approachable attitude is key. We’re open to different levels of experience – whether you’ve worked in merchandising support before or have store experience and are looking to take your next step behind the scenes.

You’ll be data‑driven and detail‑focused, especially with Excel and highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. We’re looking for someone who is a natural communicator and able to build great relationships. You’ll have a proactive, enthusiastic approach to your work, and be ready to get stuck in, always looking for smarter ways of working and improving how we do things. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where your work matters, enabling you to learn and grow in a fast‑paced retail environment.

We design with purpose and plan with care. We’re a business built on thoughtful decisions and timeless ideas, and our team is one of the things we’re proudest of. If you’re looking for a place where calm heads, clever thinking and genuine collaboration are valued‑you’ll feel at home here.
