Job summary

Smiths News is recruiting an Instore Merchandiser to bring products to life on the shop floor, manage POS placement, and ensure stock replenishment and on-brand displays. You’ll own your territory and build strong relationships with store staff while maintaining high standards of presentation.

Role offers flexible hours (5-20 hours/week average, not guaranteed) and location-based travel, with mileage/expenses payable subject to eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous Merchandising experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Friendly confident personality with a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
• Must be located within 15 miles of the advertised area.

Travel time and mileage are payable subject to eligibility

Plus: Additional location allowance £1.14 per hour

Full UK Driving licence plus use of vehicle required.

About the role:

As an Instore Merchandiser, you'll bring products to life out in the world on the shop floor. You'll own your territory, taking care of point-of-sale placement to stock replenishment and auditing. You'll take pride in first-class standards, creating and maintaining
visually impactful displays, and building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You'll be the person who
keeps everything in order, ensuring that stock is replenished and that displays stay on-brand. You'll take charge of your own
cost-effective journey plan and make every visit count. If you're someone who thrives on autonomy and loves to engage with
