Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is partnering with a leading fashion retailer to recruit an experienced Merchandiser for the Footwear category. You will own trading, forecasting, WSSI and stock management across retail, ecommerce and wholesale, working closely with Buying and cross-functional teams to deliver a commercially compelling Footwear offer.

The role requires strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills, with Power BI as a plus, enabling data-led decisions and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Experience at Merchandiser level within a fashion retail business, ideally across Footwear or a similar category.
• Strong trading, forecasting and WSSI experience.
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills.
• Confidence influencing stakeholders and making data-led decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Footwear category, driving trading, forecasting, WSSI and stock management across retail, ecommerce and wholesale.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key category, driving trading, forecasting, WSSI and stock management across retail, ecommerce and wholesale. Working closely with Buying and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in delivering a commercially successful and customer-focused Footwear offer.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience at Merchandiser level within a fashion retail business, ideally across Footwear or a similar category
• Strong trading, forecasting and WSSI experience
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills
