As a Merchandiser at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing planograms and supporting the range analysts to deliver ranging activities. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders and categories across the business, communicating effectively and meeting deadlines on multiple tasks. Utilising your visual awareness and knowledge of good merchandising practices, you will create planograms that strike a balance between customer expectations and category objectives, paying attention to detail. Additionally, you will handle data using merchandising software and excel, ensuring accurate updates and providing central support for store and supplier queries related to planograms. Your dedication, proactive approach, and ability to adapt quickly to tools and systems will contribute to the improvement and utilisation of merchandising practices.
