Job summary

RGIS Norwich is seeking energetic Merchandisers to join our growing teams. No experience needed as full training is provided. You’ll help with merchandising, replenishment and planogram execution to support local retailers across the region.

Starting hourly rate is competitive at up to £13.00 with travel payments and holidays. A guaranteed-hours contract (16–32 hours) may follow probation, along with flexible schedules via our app and clear career progression paths.

Qualifications

• Punctual, reliable and great team player.
• Comfortable working unsociable hours including mornings, nights and weekends.
• Thorough and precise in their work.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and use ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Support store teams with merchandising, replenishment and planogram implementation.
• Ensure products are displayed correctly and maintains stock levels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet store presentation standards.
