Job summary

A leading retail services company in the Eastleigh area is seeking an Experienced Retail Merchandiser to work approximately 6 hours per week. Responsibilities include negotiating additional displays to drive sales, building rapport with customers, and using a mobile application for reporting. Job description

Experienced Retail Merchandiser needed in the Hedge End area. Approx 6 hours per week

• £14.12 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start immediately, with long‑term, ongoing work available (flexible to suit you). Use of a car is essential as you will need to take point of sale (POS) into the store.
• Driving sales by negotiating additional displays.
• You will need your own transport as sometimes you may need to carry promotional displays/materials which occasionally may be sent to your home.
• Building rapport with colleagues and customers whilst in the store.
• Use a phone or tablet for reporting on our app, taking quality photos, and giving insightful feedback when required.
• May be expected to move stock when merchandising – some lifting involved at times.
• Referrals – earn a bonus for each friend you refer to us.
• Exposure to working with well‑known brands in store.
• On‑going training and support from your area manager.
• Opportunity to take on additional work with other CPM clients.
• Work isn't guaranteed. The above hours are a guideline of the current volume of work available.
