Job summary

Powerforce GB is seeking enthusiastic Merchandisers to support top brands across stores in Berwick Upon Tweed. You will help maintain eye-catching displays, assist customers, and contribute to selling, sampling and auditing activities.

As a Worker contract role, you can choose days and hours that suit you with flexible hours and holiday pay. Mileage is reimbursed, and training is provided to grow your merchandising skills with market-leading brands.

Qualifications

• Merchandising and display design skills.
• Reliable and highly organized with good time management.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with customers and staff.
• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain eye-catching product displays across assigned stores.
• Assist in in-store selling, sampling, auditing and mystery shopping tasks.
• Support brand standards and ensure products are easy to locate for customers.
• Collaborate with store teams to maximise in-store sales and visibility.

Join Powerforce – The Field Marketing Experts!

Powerforce, an award-winning field marketing company, is on the lookout for enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team. We work with top brands in food, retail, and health, delivering top-notch merchandising, sampling, selling, auditing, and more!

Pay - Varies dependant on requirements, pay is from £14.57/hr (includes holiday pay)

Mileage - 28p/mile up to 10 miles plus parking/tolls, etc.

Worker contract - You'll be registered as a ‘Worker’ meaning you can choose the days and hours that suit you. No obligation and full flexibility around your other commitments, roles, or childcare

Location - Berwick Upon Tweed

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be out and about in stores across your area, ensuring eye-catching product displays and merchandising are at their best. You’ll be the face of some of the UK’s leading brands, helping to boost sales and create memorable customer experiences. Merchandising will be your key skill - making sure products look great and are easy for customers to find. Other skills in this role will include, selling, sampling, auditing or mystery shopping.

• Merchandising Skills -You’ve got a great eye for detail and know how to create eye-catching product displays
• Reliability, organisation and enthusiasm -We’re looking for someone who is reliable, highly organized, and brings plenty of enthusiasm to every task
• Friendly & Approachable -You’ll be interacting with customers and store staff, so being personable is key
• Experience -If you’ve worked in retail or merchandising before, great! But we’re happy to train the right person
