About the Job

We are currently recruiting for a Merchandise Planning Assistant on a 12 month FTC, to support the administration of the Merchandising teams through efficient and detailed database and systems management, report generation, and information exchanges between departments across the business.

In this critical role you will be supporting the wider Merchandise Planning team and working alongside a range of global teams including Retail, Trade, Web, Logistics, Manufacturing, Design Studios, Marketing, and the wider Buying & Merchandising department.

To be successful in this role you will have good literacy, numeracy and computer skills, especially MS office / Google suite. You will have experience of using system databases and software, particularly around the population, adjustment and extraction of data.

Detail-oriented, with a particular focus on administration, organisation and communication, you are comfortable working unsupervised and as part of a team, and remain calm and focussed under pressure. Ideally, you might also have experience working in a fast paced, omnichannel sales environment.
