Job summary

Zachary Daniels is looking for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to support the merchandising team across stores, concessions and pop-up locations. This hybrid role focuses on planning, trading and stock administration to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

You'll work with Assistant Merchandisers and cross-functional teams to produce reports, raise POs, update pricing, and monitor stock levels, contributing to smart stock decisions and smooth trading in a growing

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, positive approach with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly sales and stock reports.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain merchandising systems.
• Update pricing and promotional activity.
• Allocate and replenish stock across stores.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend transfers where required.
• Support Assistant Merchandisers with supply chain and stock issues.
• Respond to store stock queries.
• Produce ad hoc reports to support trading decisions.
• Build strong relationships with Retail, Supply Chain, Digital and Warehouse teams.
