Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Executive role with a generous commission structure, based at our Mercedes-Benz of Watford dealership. You will be the key contact for customers on their journey to buying a new car, delivering first-class service and building lasting relationships.

You'll join a team that values flexible patterns, including weekends, and enjoys an achievable OTE of £57,000 plus benefits such as purchase schemes, MOT/servicing discounts, and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to engage customers face-to-face and understand their needs.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers during their car buying journey.
• Provide a high level of service, both in person and at weekends.
• Promote and explain car purchase schemes and other benefits.

About the role

Mercedes-Benz of Watford have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background. As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car. Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
