A leading engineering and construction firm in the South East is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their London/South East team. This role offers hybrid working and a chance to work on significant projects in the clean energy and nuclear sectors. Qualifications

  • Familiarity with JCT, NEC contracts.

Are you an MEP Quantity Surveyor, based in the South East and looking to work within the Nuclear/Regulated sector space, delivering some of the UK's largest live projects?

Do you have experience working within MEP, looking for a company that can offer a clear path of progression and reward their staff for strong performance?

We are currently working in partnership with a leading engineering and construction business, they have over 60 years experience delivering projects in the regulated sector space, predominantly Clean Energy Nuclear, Defence and Rail.

They are key delivery partners on Hinkley Point C, Sizewell and HS2, due to this and a very strong pipeline they are looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their London/South East based delivery team.

This position offers hybrid working with some WFH, office and site visits, your official base will be their London office.

MEP Quantity Surveyor Role Requirements
  • You will currently be working as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally on large scale projects in the London region, they are open to people looking to relocate within the UK.
  • Comfortable working within a high performing project team on a large scale long term project.
  • Previous experience working under JCT, NEC or both forms of contract.
  • Experience within clean energy would be beneficial but not essential, the key part of this is an MEP/HVAC background and willingness to learn.
  • Keen to progress your career towards commercial manager and beyond, there is a clear path of progression if you are willing to work hard and perform well.
  • Strong written and spoken English is required.
  • You must be able to work without sponsorship as this company cannot offer sponsorship at this time.
