The MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

An award-winning, international cost management consultancy is seeking a driven MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding specialist MEP team in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile, technically complex projects across a range of fast-growing sectors.

Working within a dedicated MEP team of over 50 professionals, and part of a wider London office of 150+, the successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to major schemes from day one, with clear opportunities for long-term progression.

This role offers the chance to work across a range of major refurbishment and fit-out projects within:

  • Data Centres
  • Life Sciences & Healthcare
  • Commercial Offices
  • High-Spec Industrial and Leisure Facilities

The incoming MEP Quantity Surveyor will support senior team members with cost planning, procurement, contract administration and post-contract delivery of MEP packages. You will be part of a high-performing team, with regular training and mentoring to support your development towards Senior and Chartered status.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Ambition to progress to Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor and beyond
