Job summary

Linear Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead a major data centre project in the North East of England. You will drive delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health services, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and quality across the works.

You will coordinate MEP subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders, manage programme, cost and commercial performance, and report progress at project meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as MEP Project Manager or Senior MEP professional.
• Strong experience delivering major construction or data centre projects.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of construction programmes, quality and H&S requirements.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join the team delivering a major project in the North East of England

The Role

As MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of all mechanical, electrical and public health services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
