MEP Project Director / Senior MEP Project Manager

115,000+ Large Package & accommodation if needed

Bristol, SW England

We are working with a Top 15 UK Main Contractor to find a MEP Project Director to join on a permanent basis across two large projects in the South West of England. The two projects are quite different, one is a large high‑end residential City Centre development, the other is an even bigger Industrial/Lab facility located just outside the City Centre.

Initial works are underway on both projects, with MEP due to get under way over the next 3 months on both.

The projects are due to last into 2027, and there are plenty more in the pipeline so if you are looking for a Senior role in a Top 15 UK Main Contractor and see yourself progressing beyond this in the next few years, then this is the role for you.

We are looking for experienced Senior MEP Project Managers or Senior Building Services Managers who have worked in this capacity for Main Contractors on large projects with MEP values over the stated range.
