The package includes a salary up to £140,000, travel expenses, healthcare, and 27 days annual leave.

A leading UK M&E contractor operating across Residential, Commercial, and Data Centre sectors is seeking an experienced MEP Project Director to join its growing Data Centre division to lead a £60mil MEP Data Centre which is due to be completed Spring 2027.

This high-profile role offers the opportunity to lead some of the most prestigious projects across London and the Home Counties, while providing clear progression into senior operational leadership.

In this role, you will :

• Take full ownership of major Data Centre schemes valued up to £50m+, ensuring successful delivery through to completion
• Play a key role in strategic business operations, including :
• Long-term programme planning
• Senior-level recruitment and team development
• Tendering, bid strategy and client presentations
• Mobilisation of new projects
• Working closely with estimating and commercial teams on proposals, pricing and project strategy

Experience required :

• Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP / Data Centre projects, ideally £10m–£50m+
• Experience leading full project lifecycles or managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong understanding of both delivery and pre-construction phases
• Exceptional leadership, communication, commercial and stakeholder management skills
