We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 contractor to appoint an experienced MEP Project Director for a major project based in Central London.

This is a senior-level appointment, with responsibility for managing the full mechanical scope on a high-value scheme due to commence early next year. The successful candidate will work alongside an Electrical Lead and report directly into senior operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mechanical delivery of a landmark construction project in Central London
• Collaborate closely with the Electrical Lead and wider delivery team
• Manage subcontractor performance, programme timelines, and technical reviews
• Contribute to design validation and early-stage planning
• Support project setup and ensure alignment with commercial and technical objectives
• Position has a strong likelihood of feeding into future projects across London

Salary and Package:

• Executive-level package including car allowance, bonus, pension, and private healthcare

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale MEP packages (ideally £30m+ in value)
