Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an MEP Pre-Construction Engineer for opportunities on major UK and European projects. The role focuses on shaping pre-construction activities and supporting bid teams on mission-critical developments.

You will review technical docs, assist with cost planning and value engineering, and coordinate with design, estimating and delivery teams to ensure successful early-stage project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as MEP Pre-Construction Engineer or in related roles such as MEP Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Engineer or Building Services Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience on major construction projects including data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing or commercial sectors.
