Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a high-performing MEP team on a long-term contract. You will design and deliver allocated MEP projects, working with the Lead MEP Engineer and other disciplines to ensure high-quality mechanical designs.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain relationships with stakeholders across sites. Flexible/location-dependent assignments and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Engineer in MEP/building services.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Public Health and BIM.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Produce mechanical and MEP designs per project requirements.
• Ensure designs meet technical standards and timescales.
• Plan and manage design activities to meet deadlines.
• Identify changes to project requirements and communicate them.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Coordinate designs with other MEP and engineering disciplines.
• Support delivery of projects in a high-performance environment.
• Maintain strong communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
