Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a main contractor role.
• Experience managing projects through RIBA design and commissioning stages.
• Based within an hour of Warrington and happy to be site-based.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from conception to close-out.
• Managing all aspects of delivery: planning, progress, stakeholder management.
• Reporting into a Contracts Manager.

Skills

5+ years’ experience in a main contractor role

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fit-out or civils

Strong communicator with commercial instinct

Proactive hands-on mindset

Education

CSCS, SMSTS, IOSH (or willingness to complete)
