Job summary

Crg Tec is seeking an experienced MEP Designer in Central Scotland with strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD skills. Role involves producing coordinated mechanical, electrical and public health designs through concept to handover, supporting junior designers and ensuring compliance with UK standards.

You will work in a hybrid setup with engineers and sustainability specialists, handling multiple projects, attending client meetings and delivering high-quality BIM models.

Qualifications

• Experience using Revit MEP for building services design.
• Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD in producing coordination drawings.
• Understanding BIM processes, clash detection and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated mechanical, electrical & public health designs.
• Develop technical drawings, layouts, schematics & specifications.
• Create & maintain 3D building services models using Revit MEP.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural & structural designs.
• Carry out design calculations, equipment selection & spatial coordination.
• Identify & resolve clashes using BIM coordination software.
• Attend design meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and project specs.
• Support junior designers and maintain design quality.
