Hill & Hill are currently representing a leading principal contractor specialising in super prime, luxury projects across London. They are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Design Manager to join their team and help deliver some of the city's most prestigious developments.

The Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of MEP design coordination across high-end projects, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and managing 3D services models across disciplines.
• Overseeing subcontractor design information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reviewing drawings, submittals, and schedules to identify and resolve clashes.
• Managing design programmes and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
• Collaborating with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain exceptional standards.

The Candidate

• Strong track record in MEP design coordination, ideally on luxury residential or high-end projects.
• Proficient in managing and reviewing 3D models (Revit/Navisworks experience advantageous).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
