Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced MEP Design Lead in Somerset to own design coordination for an advanced manufacturing project. You will ensure MEP solutions meet client requirements, budget, and programme, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to deliver a construction-ready package.

Ideal candidates have a strong MEP leadership background, BIM coordination expertise, and a track record delivering complex industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as MEP Design Manager or Technical Lead in building services.
• Experience delivering complex manufacturing, industrial or healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and design assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design management to meet client requirements, schedule and budget.
• Manage design consultants and specialist subcontractors; review submissions.
• Oversee coordination between mechanical, electrical, controls and building systems.
