Qualifications

• Experience of commercially running large MEP projects.
• Previous experience at SQS level running significant multiple subcontract packages £10-50M+. Good working knowledge of contract / commercial law.
• Experience with NEC and Design and Build forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP project finances and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with the Skanska Laser focus plan.
• Monitor and manage the contract terms and conditions.
