Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an MEP Commercial Director for a flagship infrastructure project at Old Oak Common. You will provide strategic commercial leadership across MEP works, overseeing a £500m package portfolio and driving procurement, change control and cost performance.

Leading a team of commercial professionals, you will champion best practice, manage complex NEC contracts and ensure robust commercial governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with strong MEP delivery background.
• Experience leading commercial teams on high-value, complex projects.
• Ability to interpret NEC contractual obligations and protect the project position.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial delivery across procurement, contract management, cost performance and reporting.
• Develop and implement commercial strategy for MEP delivery on flagship project.
• Manage risks, opportunities and final accounts for major packages.
