A leading MEP Design and Build Contractor in North Surrey is seeking an MEP CAD Coordinator to produce high-quality coordinated drawings for large-scale projects. This role is based at their head office, and there is potential for skill development in Revit for future 3D projects. The position requires daily commuting to the office, close to public transport.

They currently have a requirement for an MEP CAD Coordinator to join their team; this position is based out of their head office in North Surrey (close to the train station and parking nearby).

They are looking for someone with a strong understanding of MEP, capable of producing high quality coordinated drawings for large scale projects.

Role Requirements and Experience:

• You will currently be working as an MEP CAD Technician/Coordinator within the Building Services construction sector; MEP experience is essential.
• The role is based out of their head office in North Surrey; you must be commutable to their head office on a daily basis.
• They are predominantly working in 2D MEP CAD at present so this is the key requirement; longer term there is the opportunity to develop your Revit skills as their 3D project workload is growing.
