Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting an experienced MEP Building Services Design Manager to oversee the completion of the building services design for a MOJ project in Suffolk. You will manage external consultants to deliver integrated MV/MEP packages in line with the programme and employer's requirements.

Qualifications

• MEP Building Services Design experience with external consultants.
• Strong design management and coordination across disciplines.
• Computer literate and able to chair design meetings.
• MOD/MOJ or major project experience over £50 million is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer completion of building services design for a MOJ project in Suffolk.
• Act as client/design management representative to ensure coordinated, compliant packages from external consultants.
• Chair design meetings and track design transmission against the schedule.
