Job summary

Nugi Tech is seeking a Fullstack Web Developer (Placement) to work from our Ealing office on a hybrid schedule. You will pair with engineers, contribute to front-end tickets, and build features that impact real customers.

The ideal candidate is studying a computing/IT degree and has basic knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and Git. You will receive mentorship and structured growth opportunities while working in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTTP, JSON, REST, and Git.
• Curious, humble, willing to learn, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Learn by pairing with an engineer and picking up front-end tickets.
• Build simple APIs, write basic tests, and ship features.
• Participate in code reviews and agile workflows.

Skills

Create and consume REST APIs using Node.js or Java Spring Boot

Read and write to a database such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB

Use Git/GitHub for branches, pull requests, and code reviews

Experience with React, Express, and SQL/NoSQL basics

Education

Currently studying a computing/IT related degree
