Job summary
Penumbra is seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (Peer) to respond to referrals within 24 hours and provide time-limited support for people experiencing distress across Tayside, aged 16 and over.
You will deliver problem-solving support, wellness and distress management planning, signposting to services, and liaise with external agencies such as Police Scotland and NHS, with community-based or remote delivery and access to ongoing training.
