Full Time - 38.5 hours per week

Main duties of the job
  • Essential requirements of a Support Worker
    • Flexibility - nights including weekends and bank holidays.
    • Attend training throughout employment on weekdays.
    • Good written skills; able to write basic reports and record information accurately.
    • Basic IT skills – use computer for forms, online care system, and emails.
    • Good verbal communication skills and ability to listen.
    • Maintain professional working boundary.
    • Remain calm in emergencies, supporting others during difficult situations.
    • Driver only – full manual UK licence.
  • Desirable Criteria of a Support Worker
    • Full UK Driving Licence
    • NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Care
    • Previous experience with young people with mental health needs.
