A values-driven organisation is seeking a Mental Health Team Manager in Oxford to oversee a supported housing service. The role involves managing daily operations, staff development, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have strong team management skills, knowledge of mental health and safeguarding, and ideally hold relevant qualifications. Competitive salary and supportive environment offered.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the team provides bespoke packages of support tailored to the needs of the individuals we support. You will ensure KPIs are met and audits are successful, demonstrating the service is operating efficiently and legally. You will provide leadership to the team and encourage them to perform at their highest level achievable.

You will receive the training and confidence to use core therapeutic talk therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based Trauma Informed Care and Mutual Aid to provide the best possible support to our clients.

Mental Health Team Manager – Complex Needs Supported Housing Service - £31,200 - £36,400 per annum (Salaries vary depending on experiences)
Contract Type – Permanent, Full Time - 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, inclusive of bank holidays, Occasional Evening & Weekends, with occasional covering of shifts. You will be required to participate in an on-call rota as part of this role.
