What you stand to gain:

  • Saturday or Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. are the required hours. There are more hours available.
Principal duties:
  • Assure the physical and mental wellbeing of clients with mental health concerns by offering them direct support.
  • Help clients with everyday tasks, such as managing their medications and preparing meals.
  • Encourage and facilitate engagement in leisure, social, and therapeutic pursuits.
  • Create and carry out individualised support plans in coordination with the care team and clients.
  • To create a secure and encouraging workplace, cultivate relationships of trust with your clients.
  • Keep thorough and up-to-date records of all client interactions and developments.
  • Respect all organisational rules, processes, and directives pertaining to safeguarding and mental health support.
  • Encourage client empowerment and independence through advocacy and skill development.
