Qualifications

  • Experience in documenting nursing care accurately.
  • Understanding of infection control policies.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with patients and provide emotional support.

  • Ensure safety and well-being of clients.
  • Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Support patients at mealtimes.
  • Mentor new staff in completing Care Certificate.
  • Report clinical observations.
