Priory Group is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for a full-time role at Yew Tree Lodge in Reading. The position involves day and night shifts, with a 37.5 hour week and on-site duties supporting adults in a residential setting.

Qualificações

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent or higher; GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths; may commence attainment within six months of joining.
• Communication and personal interaction are key; promotes team approach and contributes to care planning.
• Roles may involve handling challenging situations and increased physical, sensory, and emotional demands.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure residents' personal needs and daily living tasks are supported.
• Complete daily administration, update care plans and daily notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, families, staff and stakeholders.
• Uphold safety, security and confidentiality through professional conduct.
