Cherrybrook Care Home in Bradford is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to provide high quality, person-centred support to residents with complex mental health needs within a structured care environment.

You will work with the wider care team to assist with daily routines, personal care where required, meaningful engagement and emotional wellbeing while ensuring support plans are followed safely and consistently.

Qualificações

• Experience in supporting individuals with mental health needs is beneficial but not essential.
• Calm, patient and compassionate approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond positively within challenging or complex situations.
• Reliable and professional approach with commitment to person centred care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality, person centred support to individuals with complex mental health needs within a structured and specialist care environment.
