Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Wolverhampton is inviting applications for an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our acute/PICU team. You will work full-time across days and nights, including weekends, at our Wolverhampton site, delivering compassionate care to adults in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Mental Health Support Worker with over 6 months of experience within an ACUTE/PICU mental health setting or over 2 years of mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
