At ISL, based in Sandbach, Cheshire, we operate a supported living project dedicated to offering intensive support to individuals with complex mental health issues, including those with forensic histories. Our service supports 5 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible. Our clients enjoy engaging in activities such as fitness circuits, bowling, football, pool and ping pong. Our values guide everything we do:

What you’ll do
  • You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:
  • Supporting with medication management
  • Teaching and encouraging life skills
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Facilitating community access and engagement
  • Providing emotional support
  • Helping manage tenancies
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support
Who we’re looking for
  • We need full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (23.5 hours) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota. Full induction is provided. The shifts range from 8-8 day and night, 10am-6pm, 10am-10pm.

  • All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
  • Please note: we do not offer sponsorship, and currently, there are no bank or 20 hour contracts available
