This role involves supporting young adults aged 9-19 with various Special Educational Needs (SEN), including highly sexualised behaviours, SEMH, attachment disorder, autism, ADHD, aggression, and those from broken homes.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the class teacher, support staff, and multi-agency teams in devising learning and care plans, encouraging children and young people to reach their full potential, setting clear boundaries, and managing triggers of challenging behaviour while supporting them academically, emotionally, and socially.
