Dorset HealthCare is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Branksome Clinic in Poole. The role is available for up to 37.5 hours per week and may split into two part-time positions while supporting a wide range of tasks.

You will manage the Skills webinars administration, handle the designated inbox, send Teams links, record attendance on the patient system, process referrals and provide data on webinar activity.

Job description

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Mental Health Support Worker to join our team for up to 37.5 hours per week to support the multi-disciplinary team with a wide variety of tasks. The role may be split into 2 part time positions., The postholder's main responsibility will be for the administration of the Skills webinars including managing the designated email inbox, liaising with service users and staff, setting up and sending the MS Teams links and any associated material, recording attendance on the electronic patient system, processing referrals and providing data relating to the webinars.

Currently the role is based at Branksome Clinic in Poole.

Training, supervision and research are given a high priority within the service. IPTS has close links with both Southampton and Bournemouth Universities and are often involved in outcome and process research projects. In 2000 we were awarded an NHS Beacon for being a model of good practice. We are a multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing high quality, evidence-based therapies for this patient group.
