  • Hold a mental health nursing or learning disabilities nursing qualification.
  • Have NHS experience.
  • Live registration with the NMC.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical aspects of being a Band 5 Staff Nurse.
  • Participate in assessment, treatment, planning, and evaluation of care.
  • Liaise with colleagues, ensuring they are aware of service user’s care.
  • Identify individuals' care needs and plan necessary care.
