Are you an experienced qualified Mental Health professional with proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary clinical teams, able to demonstrate excellent communication, assessment and formulation skills to provide evidence-based interventions? Do you have substantive experience in working with people experiencing a range of presenting mental health symptoms and conditions and an understanding of trauma-focused clinical pathways? A strong knowledge of and ability to identify and triage mental health risk management is essential along with exceptional clinical skills and a compassionate approach.

Your role will involve providing advice and guidance to identify appropriate therapeutic pathways, to support individuals and supervisors in positive engagement to sustain and/or return to work. Candidates will hold a valid RMN qualification and be registered with the NMC.
