What you will do:
  • Conduct mental health and social care assessments using structured interventions.
  • Complete Care Act assessments, Safeguarding Adult S42.2 enquiries, and Mental Capacity Assessments.
  • Prepare Social Circumstances Tribunal reports while navigating relevant legal frameworks such as the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Human Rights Act, and the Mental Health Act.
  • Manage a complex caseload, performing statutory duties within the mental health social work team.
  • Supervise and support junior staff, rotating supervisory duties including overseeing Duty.
  • Collaborate with the Social Work Manager to deliver high‑quality mental health services to the community.
