A leading provider of mental health support is seeking a Service Manager to oversee bespoke care packages across Lincoln, Norwich, and Doncaster. In this full-time, home-based role, you'll lead a team of over 30 staff, ensuring high-quality care and managing operational, financial, and compliance needs. Candidates should have over 3 years of leadership experience in health or social care and a Level 4 qualification in Leadership or Management. A full UK driving licence is also required.

A leading provider of mental health support is seeking a Service Manager to oversee bespoke care packages delivered in people's homes across Lincoln, Norwich and Doncaster.

You’ll manage multiple services, lead a team of 30+ support staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care. The role combines operational leadership with financial oversight, compliance, and staff development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing rotas, recruitment, and team performance
  • Ensuring services meet budget targets and quality standards
  • Driving compliance with CQC frameworks
  • Building strong relationships with commissioners and internal teams
  • Leading service mobilisation and improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in operational leadership within health or social care
  • A minimum of Level 4 qualification in Leadership or Management
  • Strong understanding of mental health, learning disabilities, and complex needs
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and multi-site teams
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
