You will be patient and resilient as you support them to improve their relationship with food and manage incidents of self-harm. When preparing to move on positively from the home into the community, you will support transitions through things such as: self-administering medication, re-engaging with education, and accessing transport and appointments independently. The home is a 5-bed service in an Edwardian building with spacious rooms and communal areas. There is a back garden and large decking area for the summer months. You will work with an established, experienced and diverse staff team passionate about supporting young people to achieve their goals and move to full independence.
