Are you an organised and compassionate leader with a passion for suicide prevention and community mental health? Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Mental Health Safety Planning Outreach Team Lead to lead a small specialist team delivering a vital suicide prevention pilot service across East Berkshire.
The Mental Health Safety Planning Outreach Team Lead is responsible for the effective day‑to‑day delivery of the Safety Planning Outreach Service, providing high‑quality line management, supervision and support one Outreach Worker while also holding a small caseload.
