Job Description:

Rethink Mental Illness is hiring a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our Sheffield Outreach Service team.

About Sheffield Outreach: We support over 65 individuals in their homes, helping them recover through tailored 1:1 support based on their personal goals and needs.

Working hours and requirements: Typically Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility required. Having a vehicle is preferred.

Role overview: As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will support individuals affected by mental illness to regain confidence and participate in social and work activities, working closely with them on their recovery journey.
