Person Specification
Experience
  • Registered on NMC
  • One year experience at Band 5 or above in hospital or community health care
  • Evidence of continued professional development, appropriate to role
  • Clear understanding of CPA and care coordination role
  • Post‑registration certificate ENB 998. Possession of specialist nursing or other relevant higher academic or skills‑focussed awards
Skills/Knowledge
  • Good understanding of the principles of the Recovery Approach
  • Understanding of inter‑agency skills
  • Previous experience in the field of work
