A healthcare provider in Dalton-in-Furness is seeking two experienced Mental Health Practitioners. You will be responsible for timely assessments of individuals in crisis, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and completing necessary clinical paperwork. Candidates must be Registered Nurse Mental Health professionals with a strong understanding of mental health conditions. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary range from £38,682 to £46,580 per year.
An opportunity has opened for two Mental Health Practitioners to join our Health based Place of Safety team which is on the Urgent Care pathway based at Dane Garth, Barrow in Furness. Applications are invited from Registered Nurse Mental Health.
You will be instrumental in delivering duties aimed at promoting timely assessment of needs and recovery from mental illness. The role will include accepting members of the public detained under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act, coordinating assessments, undertaking assessments and completing clinical paperwork. There will be opportunities to work alongside and develop skills within the Home Treatment Team, Frequent Attenders team and the Mental Health Liaison Team to enhance your development and provide a whole team approach in our locality.
