Qualifications
- Qualified pharmacist with experience in mental health.
- Postgraduate qualification in psychiatric pharmacy or relevant mental health experience essential.
- Participate in the on-call clinical pharmacist rota.
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
- Based at Littlebrook Hospital, Dartford with travel to North Kent sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and development of a comprehensive medicines optimisation service for inpatient wards.
- Implement and monitor clinical pharmacy standards with senior pharmacy leads.
- Provide professional and line management to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Collaborate with leads to drive audits, quality improvements and service development.
